1. Game Account Access

To access certain features on the Website, such as Webshop purchases, you must log in using your Forgotten Lands Online game credentials. Accounts must be created through the game client, not the Website. Login credentials are securely validated against your game account.

2. Website Features

The Website provides access to read-only information including character data, game rankings, news updates, and game rules. Some features may allow you to voluntarily submit information (e.g., contact forms). This data is used solely to respond to your request and is not stored or used for any other purpose.

3. Webshop

The Website includes a Webshop (found at: forgottenlands.online/vip) where you can purchase digital in-game items. To complete a purchase, you must enter your in-game character name and payment details using PayPal's secure checkout. Items are delivered manually and may take up to 24 hours after payment.

All sales are final. No refunds or transfers will be issued unless required by law. It is your responsibility to input accurate character information. We are not responsible for misdirected items due to user error.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Website to:

• Attempt unauthorized access to accounts or backend systems
• Disrupt, overload, or attempt to damage the Website’s operations
• Submit false or harmful data via forms or interactions
• Harass, impersonate, or misrepresent others
• Violate any applicable law or game-related policies

5. User-Generated Content
