Cursed Island...
The Cursed Island is a multiplayer mini-game where players compete against each other to slay the most monsters...
How to enter...
There is a portal that appears in Scepia from time to time. You can use this portal to enter the Cursed Island area...- You must be at least character level 6 to enter.
- The portal appears at the 10th and 30th minute of each hour.
- The portal closes at the 15th and 35th minute of each hour.
- When the portal closes, the competition ends.
How to play...
When you enter the portal, you'll appear on an island full of a variety of monsters...- The goal is to earn the most Event Points during the mini-game.
- Event Points are earned by killing monsters.
- You'll earn Event Points based on the monster's level.
- You'll want to earn at least 100 Event Points in order to qualify for a decent reward.
- When the mini-game ends, you'll be moved to the reward area.
- You'll have 4 minutes to claim your reward from the reward chests.
- You can then leave the island once you've claimed your reward.
- After 4 minutes, all players are removed from the reward area back to Scepia.
Monster drops...
Monsters in the Cursed Island do not drop any items except two unique items, each having a 0.5% drop chance...- Dybbuk Box: can be used to enter the Dybbuk Zone, but requires a Dybbuk Key to use it.
- Dybbuk Key: the required item to use the Dybbuk Box.
Rules...
- You can only enter the Cursed Island portal four times within an 8 hour period.
- You can check your entry count and when it resets by talking to NPC Cursed Island Guide.
- You will remain in the mini-game if you disconnect from the game, assuming the mini-game hasn't already ended.
- You can reenter the mini-game if you were to die, but it will count as another entry towards your limit.
- If you reenter the mini-game, your Event Points are reset to 0.
Rewards...
Players that survive the mini-game can a reward based on how many event points they earned...- Player scoring the most Event Points: Elegant Loot Box.
- Any player that scores at least 100 Event Points: Silver Chest.
- Any player that scores less than 100 Event Points: 500 Shek.
